How to Find and Select a Testing Center

Create or Log In: Go to GED.com and log into your account dashboard.

Navigate to Scheduling: Click on the scheduling or "Take the Test" section.

Select Your Subjects: Choose the specific test subjects you are ready to take.

Enter Your Zip Code: The official portal will present a scheduling search bar. Enter your zip code or city to see a full list of local, certified testing sites alongside their available dates and operational hours.
Find out your learning style before you start.
This does help! There are 3 types of learning styles ... what you see - visual, what you hear - auditory, what you actually do physically, hands on - tactile. Some of us will have a lot more of one or the other. This really helps when studying.

Here we go everybody. If you have been OUT of school for awhile, don't take the free pre-test and then think, OMG I will not be able to do this. Your inner voice might say, this is too much! I am telling you as a teacher, IF you want to pass the GED do not listen to that! It may seem a little much at first, but like anything, as you learn, the harder stuff that you might have seen in the pre-test, will seem like nothing!
